DuPont Inc. said Monday it will raise the price for all grades of its titanium dioxide sold in U.S. dollar-priced markets across Eastern Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Africa.
DuPont Titanium Technologies said that, effective Saturday, the prices of all of its Ti-Pure titanium dioxide grades will rise $120 per metric ton.
Titanium dioxide has a wide range of uses, including as a component of paints and in food coloring, as well as in the manufacture of semiconductors.
