Temperatures during the summer average 20.9 degrees C, often complemented by a cool breeze, which helps create perfect conditions for exploring the lush countryside.

Egert Anslann, director of Enterprise Estonia, notes that there is much more to see of Estonia outside the "beautiful city" of Tallinn.

He said: "Of course we encourage people to look beneath the surface and go a little bit further!

"It's very flat, our landscape reminds people of the UK; it's very green and we have lots of forests.

"We have lots of untouched nature and we have very good national parks with walking tracks, and you can go bird watching and hunting, though that's under regulation."

Estonia is on the Baltic Sea and is located within easy reach of the popular capital of Finland, Helsinki, which is around 40 miles away.
