Authorities say an anonymous phone call at 11:40 a.m. tipped off Sheriff's deputies to the location of the woman's body. Deputies discovered the body.

The body was found on Lobo Canyon Rd. The woman is believed to be 18 years old.

At 1:15 p.m. homicide detectives were called to the scene. Authorities believe the body was dumped at the location.

L.A. County Sheriff's deputies from the Lost Hills Station were called to the scene. A staging area was set up at Triunfo Canyon.

According to authorities, there is no sign of sexual assault. The body was found fully clothed.

L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. homicide detectives were investigating the case. Authorities are interviewing nearby residents, looking for witnesses or any further details.

The case has not been officially ruled a homicide.
